    A qualified accountant with experience in healthcare Service Improvement programmes will be a helpful added resource in our present team, given the volume of relevant work we are experiencing.  We are flexible about the level at which someone would join us. It would suit someone with an interest in developing broader based consultancy skills.  A new Service Improvement Financial Consultant would work within our Clinical Productivity Improvement team, and could be employed or associated with Medical Mosaic - as mutually preferred.

    This is a new role, sitting between our Clinical Productivity and Health Informatics teams. IM&T Heads or Directors struggle to present their services as having VALUE, as well as carrying COST. We have commenced working with Trusts to help establish IM&T as of Value to achieving the CIPs of frontline services, brokering sharing of CIP levels between the service and IM&T itself. The Service Improvement IM&T Consultant will have had prior experience in service transformation based upon IM&T as a primary driver or enabler of change.
