For example, one way in which we add value is through our Mapping Services, mapping not only new processes, but also the associated competencies and information flows needed to achieve successful implementation and we have regularly trained in-house staff in all these techniques and also in the support tools which we use.
Our skills are practical.

change we deploy clinical practitioners to coach and work alongside
frontline staff, people who have retained the closeness of approach
through their current clinical practice.
In programme and
project management our consultants have personally directed and managed
major national and local IT projects across health and social care.
In informatics
we have contributed to national infrastructure in setting the standards
for datasets and in managing national clinical audit systems (NCASP).
While locally we have developed data warehouse systems and modern
practice of “self-serve” information support.
