To do the best for each client, we believe that we need to foster learning - both for the individual(s) working for the client and, also, for our whole team. The differences that have emerged between us and our competitors (large and small) are largely due to this emphasis.
We established a formal learning network of our core associate members, using the services of an external professional learning facilitator, and meeting six days per year in the Canonbury Academy. This not inconsiderable investment has propelled our capacity to disseminate individual learning into learning and development for the entire team.
We have an informal culture that encourages an atmosphere of mutual
support and encouragement. Each member takes on a lead role in
contribution of our collective development - e.g. researching,
developing and disseminating new or improved consultancy interventions,
quality assurance, or building our infrastructure (of "hard" and "soft" systems) to match our growth. We try to be as flexible as possible with
people's personal situations with regards to part-time working,
flexible hours, fixed-term contracts.
To discuss opportunities please email robin.stern@medmosaic.co.uk, or david.crook@medmosaic.co.uk.

Medical Mosaic is operated as an active network of Member Associates,
currently consisting of nine Members. In addition, we work as opportunity offers or as need dictates, with other associates (companies
or individuals) who provide specialist skills or resources that
complement those of our core Membership.
Anyone who joins Medical Mosaic as a Member Associate, usually having worked with us before, has the opportunity to make a real difference to their own future and, also, to the future shape and success of the network.
Our pre-requisites: considerable experience as an agent of change, an insatiable appetite for learning and personal development, personal flexibility regarding the logistics of work, willingness to participate in business development and, of course, commitment always to exceed our clients' expectations.
And, in return, you get: a premier opportunity to develop your consulting skills, experience in applying your skills to help achieve world-class public services, a range and breadth of experience denied to those in static employed roles, and a focus on personal fulfilment before corporate profit denied to those in conventional large consultancies.
