Since 1995 Medical Mosaic has provided clinical, business change and technical support to improve productivity, by transforming how healthcare is provided and commissioned.

- Delivered benefits to nearly all clinical, clinical support and care settings
- Provided leading teaching PFI hospitals with new high-level pathways
- Developed and helped to deliver 4-10% CIP programmes
- Configured a wholly new regional pathology network
- Implemented new whole systems and risk management processes in Mental Health and Social Care
- Redeveloped and operated the National Diabetes Audit programme
- Resolved some challenging elements of Trust mergers (Pharmacy, Theatres and Cardiology)
- Implemented Community-centred pathways and systems for common assessment, intermediate care and referral
- Helped specify and implement new national pathways and systems in major healthcare screening programmes
- Developed and led a Trust Directorate for Information and Clinical Effectiveness
- Developed and won approval for many national and local business cases
- Facilitated executive leadership development in PCTs, using structured programme management and information to drive commissioning
- Worked in leadership roles in developing several national health informatics programmes: Summary Care Record, clinical classification (SNOMED)
