Interims and Associates
Due to current uncertainty, many NHS organisations are losing valuable capacity and capability. For many, this is unsustainable, and Trusts and PCT /SHA Clusters are increasingly realising that they are not able to implement many of the service improvement and cost saving initiatives required of them, because they neither have the capacity or capability left in-house to do so.

At Medical Mosaic we supply contract and interim staff that have already helped many of NHS organisations transform healthcare, through leadership support and facilitation, clinical process development and use of technology. Through our consultants and our tools of business change, we have managed major national and local programmes. We are keen to further expand upon this by recruiting additional experienced Associates to work with us, our clients and partners.
Medical Mosaic operates both an employed and associate consultant business models. This means that we can usually supply interim resource that is a close fit to customer requirements both quickly and to budget, across a range of requirements. We have consultants experienced in: NHS Finance; pathology redesign; change management; IM&T management and informatics; cost improvement; clinical pathway costing; project and programme management; commissioning; information governance amongst many more. All our consultants have health sector experience, ranging from clinical and senior managerial, NHS and commercial, IT and consultancy, in acute, community and mental health services.

In addition to what we offer our clients, we can supply our permanent staff and/or Associates in order to fulfil opportunities that you are working on, in depth knowledge of the NHS and access to our network of customers and contacts.
Routes to market include:
We of course work directly with clients who ask us to fulfil a specific need for them; we also work with partners and we can provide additional resource to help our Associates’ own projects, as we bring in Associates to add additional capacity and capability to our own projects if needed.
