3E’s CIRIS systems support the increasingly demanding environment of governance, compliance, risk and audit. CIRIS not only helps to sustain these processes, CIRIS provides a strategic dashboard to NHS Foundation Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups to reflect any areas needed for improvement and to track progress as it is made.
With Medical Mosaic’s experience, we will be fully able to advise how CIRIS should best be implemented in an organisational sense and ensure that the organisation is able to act upon CIRIS measures. Medical Mosaic will be available also to assist Trusts and CCGs implementing CIRIS, so that CIRIS becomes an organic part of the organisation’s processes of continuous development and improvement.
